   Two rival supporters clubs eat the same burger and score it.

3. 3

   The higher total goes through.

How it is scored

Each measure is worth 2. A panel scores out of 10. A venue totals out of 20.

• Build integrity

  Does the burger hold together, or collapse in the hand?

• Hand feel

  Weight, size, and whether you can eat it without a fight.

• Ratio

  Bun, meat, and garnish in the right balance.

• The meat

  Seasoning, cook, and whether the patty is the point.

• Bite one to bite last

  The first bite and the last bite still belong to the same burger.
